Our team

We are a team of experienced writers, with the added benefit of a strong background in PR and communications. Our blend of experience means that we understand the process of entering awards and know the words that make winners. By taking this job off your hands, we leave you free to concentrate on business, while simultaneously increasing your chances of success.

Over the past five years we’ve been successful in helping businesses from large international corporations to local councils and small businesses win awards.

Our current statistics are 80% of the entries we write for clients are shortlisted, with 40% of these taking a prize (winner, runner-up or highly commended). 30% of our shortlisted entries go on to win.

As a virtual team of associates we can choose the person best placed to work with you.

The team is led by Louise Turner. With more than 17 years experience in PR and communications, Louise has written and won a wide range of awards. From utilities and construction, to business and product awards, Louise prides herself on challenging clients to ensure that there is evidence to support their claims. She also uses her nose for a story to uncover the projects that will entice judges to give you the best chance of winning an award.

Awards for Louise’s own work include PRide Awards (from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations) for managing the media in a crisis as well as for team of the year, and she was also a finalist in the MAD Blog Awards for her family camping blog. Louise has chalked up wins for clients in sectors as diverse as off-shoring projects, customer service and baby products, with many more clients being finalists as a result of her involvement.

Catherine Ross is a writer and communications expert with a passion for all things ethical. Her adaptable writing style is easily turned to writing awards and her extensive PR experience complements Louise’s.
