In 2013 we helped our client, Loop Customer Management, enter the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs).

The ECCCSAs are one of their industry’s most prestigious and highly-competitive sets of awards, which regularly attracts entries from companies well-known for their service, such as John Lewis, Virgin Media and Tesco.

We wrote the entry for the Young Professional Of The Year for one of their team managers, Sidra Ayaz, who at 26 manages a team of 12 which deals with complaints.

We were delighted when Sidra was shortlisted and invited to attend an interview with a panel of judges in London.
