In 2013 we helped our client, Loop Customer Management, enter the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs).
The ECCCSAs are one of their industry’s most prestigious and highly-competitive sets of awards, which regularly attracts entries from companies well-known for their service, such as John Lewis, Virgin Media and Tesco.
We wrote the entry for the Young Professional Of The Year for one of their team managers, Sidra Ayaz, who at 26 manages a team of 12 which deals with complaints.
We were delighted when Sidra was shortlisted and invited to attend an interview with a panel of judges in London.
Nicola Browne, Loop’s marketing manager, said: “Winning awards is part of our culture and helps us instill a sense of pride in the people who work here. Awards Writers help take some of the strain of pulling together the award entries, but also give us a reality-check about which awards we should spend time and energy going for.
“We were all delighted about Sidra winning such a prestigious award and, while the judges say she won it at the interview, she might not have been there without the help of Awards Writers.”
