When serial entrepreneur Reece Samani wanted to explore whether awards were suitable for him he turned to the Awards Writers team.
Aged just 25 Reece was running two businesses – an online pharmacy and an app which matches locum pharmacists to vacancies. Having qualified as a pharmacist he had spotted an opportunity for the industry to take advantage of the digital world as a complement to the offline necessity of community pharmacy.
We helped Reece scoop the Federation of Small Businesses Young Entrepreneur Award for London and the South East in 2018 in recognition of his achievements so far.
Reece said: “The Awards Writers team helped refine my story and present it in the award entry in a way which clearly captured the judges’ attention.
“I’m very busy running two businesses and appreciated the support the team has given me, taking the task of preparing the award entry off my list and using their expertise to make it the best it could be.
“Winning an award was a brilliant recognition of the hard work I have put in to my businesses, but putting together the entry also made me focus on my achievements and the direction I want the businesses to go in, so even if I wasn’t on the shortlist, the process would have been valuable.”
